Humans need connection. We see this especially during their most troubled or vulnerable times. In grief, we give each other the longest, tightest hugs. It is often at funerals where we see people who are not family or intimate partners embrace for longer than 20 seconds. But why is that the only time? There are many scientifically proven benefits of touch, including 20-second hugs, which foster rejuvenation, stress reduction, joy, trust, self-esteem and much more. Bobby asks the question, "What if we started pro-actively engaging in a daily 20-second hug?" Hugs have a deep, rich and complex history. **Am I actually guaranteed to land a TEDx Talk?**

Yes. We put it in writing.
With my full TEDx Mastery Methodology, the goal is simple: land you a TEDx talk within 6 months—not just “get you ready someday.” Many clients end up with multiple invitations as we refine ideas, applications, and outreach together.

Will you help me promote my TEDx talk once it’s live?

Yes—strategically.
Inside the program we cover content strategy and digital thought leadership, especially on platforms like LinkedIn. We’ll map out how to leverage your TEDx talk for brand, business, and speaking opportunities without using spammy or risky tactics that might hurt your standing with TEDx.

Can I just book one session with you?

Sometimes.
The real transformation comes from the full TEDx Mastery process—life story work, idea extraction, application, video pitch, and leverage. That’s why my main offer is the full program.
If you only need a power-hour consult or a one-time review of your application or idea, we can usually arrange a stand-alone session depending on schedule and fit.

If I book a call, are you going to hard-pitch me?

Nope. No used-car pitches here.
The call is for clarity and fit: we’ll look at your goals, your story, your timeline, and whether TEDx Mastery is genuinely right for you. If it is, I’ll walk you through options. If it’s not, I’ll tell you—and you might still get stuck with one of my dad jokes. Sorry in advance.

Are you affiliated with TED or TEDx?

No.
I’m a 5x TEDx speaker and 8x invitee, but I’m not officially affiliated with TED or TEDx, and I don’t speak for them. My frameworks, resources, and opinions are entirely my own. My mission is to help you honour the spirit and standards of TEDx while creating the strongest possible talk and application.

Can you help me write my TEDx talk?

Absolutely—that’s one of my superpowers.
We’ll start with your Life Story Model, extract powerful ideas, and then shape them into TEDx-ready topics, titles, and frameworks.

Is there a refund policy?

Because this is a high-touch coaching program with a written guarantee, we don’t operate like a typical course with “no-questions-asked” refunds.
What we do focus on is:

-Making sure you’re a fit before you join

-Clear expectations in the agreement

-Being human if life happens (e.g., pausing or adjusting your plan where possible)

You’ll see all terms in writing before you commit.

Do I need a fully polished idea before I join?

No—that’s what we do together.
You do not need to show up with a perfect idea; you just need to show up willing to explore and be honest.

Do I have to attend every group call live?

No—but live is best.
All group coaching calls are recorded and stored, and you’ll also have:

-A dedicated WhatsApp group

-A private community space for resources, replays, and feedback

That said, the people who show up live, ask questions, and workshop their ideas tend to land talks faster and with less stress.

I’m not a professional speaker—will I still fit in?

Yes. In fact, you’re exactly who TEDx is often looking for.
TEDx is about “ideas worth spreading,” not just polished professional speakers. We’ll work on your confidence, storytelling, and delivery, but the heart of this program is your idea, your story, and the impact you want to make.

How long is the program?

The core intensive (trainings + live calls) runs about 90 days, but your written guarantee and support are structured around a 6-month window to land your TEDx talk.
During that time you get:

-6 key methodology trainings

-13 weekly group coaching calls

-6 one-on-one consulting calls

-57-page TEDx curriculum

-6 months of VIP TEDx community & WhatsApp access

How much does the program cost?

I offer a few different levels. Pricing can change based on bonuses, cohorts, or customizations, so we walk through the current options on a call, based on:

-Your goals (speaking, business, book, career, etc.)

-Your timeline and capacity

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes.
There are structured payment plans and also creative options.

We’ll map out a plan that aligns with your cash flow and level of commitment.

Can I talk to someone who’s already been through your TEDx program?

Yes.
You can:

-With permission, I can connect you directly with a past client or invite you into a community session where alumni often join and share their journeys.
